Starwood Property Trust, Inc. is externally managed and advised by SPT Management, LLC, an affiliate of Starwood Capital Group, and has elected to be taxed as a real estate investment trust for U.S. federal income tax purposes. This Terms of Use Agreement is between you and Starwood Property Trust, Inc, and governs your access to the Starwood Property Trust website at www.starwoodpropertytrust.com, and any other online services such as our mobile site or apps (the “Site”). Governing Law
You agree that your use of this website, this Terms of Use and Privacy Policy, and any disputes relating to any of them, shall be governed in all respects by the laws of the State of New York without regard to any conflict of law principles. Any dispute relating to the above shall be resolved solely in the state or federal courts located in Manhattan, New York.
You agree that regardless of any statute or law to the contrary, any claim or cause of action that you may have arising out of or related to use of the Site or these Terms must be filed by you within one year after such claim or cause of action arose or be forever barred.
